Most OT programs start in the summer or fall, but 28 entry-level OT programs we verified start a cohort in January or the spring term: 16 master’s and 12 OTD programs, plus 11 OTA programs. Each listing links to the sentence on the school’s site where we found the start date.
A spring start helps if you finish your bachelor’s in December, missed a fall deadline, or want two chances a year to get in (several programs below admit both spring and fall cohorts). If you apply through OTCAS, the 2026–2027 cycle opened July 16, 2026; see the OTCAS guide.
